I Forgot My Username / Password:
You can recover your membership info at the forgot
username/password page.
If you are not able to recover your membership info, please contact customer support at support@beast-dating.com. Be sure to include some info that will help them locate your account.
My Username / Password Doesnt Work: You might have mistyped one of them or in case it has been some time since your last visit you might have forgotten the correct login info you used when you made the account. Please either use the forgot username/password page or contact customer support at support@beast-dating.com.
How Do I Upload A Picture To My Profile:
You can upload pictures to your profile gallery by clicking on my profile here or in the menu to the left and then click on the link to "pictures connected to my profile". If you want to connect a picture to your profile that will show up on the search you can do so under my profile and then use the upload profile picture function
What Picture Format Can I Use:
The site supports both jpg and gif. Please note that some pictures might be converted to a lesser size by the system to be more compatiable with the site and to conserve server space.
How Do I Upload A Video To My Profile:
You can upload a video sequence or movie clip by clicking on my profile here or in the menu to the left and
then click on the link to "movie clips connected to my profile"
What Video Format Can I Use:
The site supports AVI, MPEG and MOV. Please remember that the user that wants to see your video sequence / movie clip will need to have the correct player installed so please do not use too many codecs when making the clip.
PLEASE NOTE: Movies can not be bigger than 10 MB in file size. You can check your movies filesize by right clicking on the movie on your computer and selecting properties from the menu that pops up.
